Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping Times: Once shipped, orders should arrive within 7-21 days depending on the region. Please note that final delivery times depend on destination customs clearance and potential freight delays. We ship via YunExpress, DHL and other international carriers.

• Made-to-Order Items: Delivery for all customized pieces takes approximately 15-30 business days (including 7 days making customized product), depending on your shipping address.

• Pre-Order Items: If your order contains pre-order items, delivery may take longer. We only begin production after the pre-order period ends, allowing us to create intentionally and reduce waste.

Important Note:

1. All delivery estimates exclude potential delays caused by carrier issues such as severe weather, customs inspections, or holiday peak seasons.
2. We ship to most regions, but cannot deliver to: APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon warehouse addresses.
3. We do not accept PO BOX addresses for these following countries:United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and South Korea.
   Please provide complete and accurate delivery addresses and valid phone numbers. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
4. Shipments to all affiliated or remote islands in any country are not supported at this time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

The following rates apply to orders shipped within the United States:

We ship to all U.S. mainland states.However, delivery is not available to the following areas:

• Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote regions
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas territories
• APO/FPO military addresses

International Shipping

The following rates apply to orders shipped outside the United States (Calculated at checkout based on destination):

 

For international orders, all shipping costs, customs duties, and VAT taxes are paid by you at checkout. No additional fees will be collected upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking & Contact Us

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package status on the carrier's official website.
